19-15,100.   Same; preliminary plan; resolution; survey and costestimate; improvements, laws applicable.If the board of county commissioners of such county deem action underauthority of this act to be necessary or expedient said board shalladopt by resolution a preliminary plan for the use of such oldcourthouse property. Said board shall then employ a licensed architectto make a survey and cost estimate for such improvement or demolition.After consideration of such survey and estimate, said board may have suchimprovements made or demolition done and the same shall be done inaccordance with K.S.A. 19-214 to 19-216, and amendments thereto.
