19-15,105.   No-fund warrants for courthouse funds in certain countiesbetween 10,000 and 13,000; limitation; conditions.The board of county commissioners of any county having a population ofnot less than ten thousand (10,000) and not more than thirteen thousand(13,000) and having an equalized assessed, taxable, tangible valuation ofnot less than twenty-eight million dollars ($28,000,000) and not more thanthirty-nine million dollars ($39,000,000) is hereby authorized to issueno-fund warrants, without an election, and in an amount not exceeding onehundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) for the purpose ofproviding funds to be used in reconstructing, remodeling, repairing,improving, equipping and furnishing the courthouse of such county. Thetotal amount of no-fund warrants herein authorized to be issued need not beissued for the total amount at one time, but may be issued from time totime as money is needed for the purpose for which the warrants are issued,but the total of all issues of such warrants shall not exceed $175,000.
