19-15,115.   Same; acquisition and construction; improvements; exerciseof authority jointly with other municipalities.The board of county commissioners of any county may when it deemsnecessary erect or construct, acquire by gift, purchase, condemnation infee simple or lease, a public building or buildings and may acquire anynecessary site therefor by gift, purchase or condemnation in fee simple, ormake use of any site or sites previously acquired by the county underauthority of any other statute and may improve any existing publicbuilding. The authority herein conferred may also be exercised jointly orin cooperation with any other political subdivision of this state soempowered, upon such terms and conditions as shall be agreed upon by theboard of county commissioners of the county and the governing body of suchcooperating political subdivision.
