19-15,125.   Same; use ofproceeds from tax levies and sale of bonds.The board of county commissioners of any county which levied a tax underthe provisions of K.S.A. 19-1563 or 19-1569 prior to the repeal ofeither of said statutes is hereby authorized to use the proceeds of suchlevy or levies together with the proceeds of the sale of generalobligation bonds, and tax levies made under the provisions of this actand the proceeds of the sale of general obligation bonds and the levy oftaxes under the provisions of K.S.A. 19-15,116, for thepurpose of building or constructing, equipping and furnishing acourthouse and jail or for any one or more of such purposes for suchcounty and to pay a portion of the principal and interest on bondsissued under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendmentsthereto, by cities located in the county.
