19-15,135.   Sale of county farm or home property in certain countiesbetween 35,000 and 50,000; election.The board of county commissioners of any county having a population ofmore than thirty-five thousand (35,000) and not more than fifty thousand(50,000) and an assessed valuation of more than one hundred and ten milliondollars ($110,000,000) owning a county farm or county home may after havingsubmitted the proposition to and having received the approval of a majorityof the electors voting at an election called and held as required by K.S.A.19-211, sell all or any portion of the county farm or home.
