19-15,136.   Same; disposition of moneys received; use; budget lawinapplicable.Whenever the board of county commissioners of such county shall sellcounty home or farm property as provided in K.S.A. 19-15,135, all moneysreceived from the sale of such property shall beplaced in a special building fund and shall be used for theconstruction, reconstruction or repair of county buildings or for theretirement of any outstanding indebtedness of the county incurred inpaying the cost of constructing, reconstructing or repair of countybuildings. Moneys in such fund shall not be subject to and may be usedfor the purposes herein authorized without regard to the limitationsprescribed by the budget law.
