19-15,138.   Issuance of bonds for remodeling and restoration ofcourthouses in certain counties.The board of county commissioners of any county which submitted aproposition to issue bonds of the county under the authority of K.S.A.19-15,116 for the remodeling and restoration of thecourthouse of the county to the electors of such county at the generalelection held in November in 1974, which proposition was approved by amajority of the electors of the county voting thereon, is herebyauthorized to issue such bonds in addition to any other bonds issued bysuch county prior thereto. Such bonds shall be exempt from anystatutory limitation upon bonded indebtedness and shall not be includedin computing the total bonded indebtedness of such county.
