19-1625.   Board to preserve order; vacancies.The said board shall have and exercise the same power in preservingorder at their meetings, under this act, as are given to judges of electionfor preserving order on election days; and vacancies in said board shall befilled in the same manner that vacancies in election boards are now filledat elections.
