19-1627.   Register used at subsequent election.In case an election for the location or relocation of the permanentcounty seat of a county is held for which a registration of electors ismade in pursuance of this act, and at such election no place shall receivea majority of the votes cast and a subsequent election is had in pursuanceof the provisions of existing law, the said registration so taken for saidfirst election shall be taken and considered a registration of voters forsuch second or subsequent election.
