19-1629.   Judges of election appointed by county commissioners.The board of county commissioners shall appoint judges of elections forany election under this act, in any precinct where there are no judgesprovided by law; and the judges so appointed shall take and subscribe anoath to support the constitution of the United States and state of Kansas,and faithfully discharge the duties of judges of election.
