19-1630.   Application of 19-1613 to 19-1629 to county-seat elections. Sections one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten,eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen and seventeen ofchapter eighty-nine of the Laws of 1881 be and the same are hereby madeapplicable to any and all elections held and to be held for the purpose oflocating the county seat of any county in the state of Kansas.
