19-1860k.   Same; abolishment of board of trustees; transfer ofmoneys, records and property.The board of trustees of any hospital sold and conveyed pursuant toK.S.A. 19-1860j or leased pursuant to K.S.A.19-1860l is hereby abolished. Any moneys remaining in any fund of saidhospital after its sale or lease shall, after payment of any obligationthereof, be transferred to the county general fund. All records andproperty of said hospital remaining after the sale or lease thereofshall be transferred to the custody of the county clerk.
