19-1904.   Calendar.The sheriff of each county must keep a true and exact calendar of allprisoners committed to the county jail, which calendar must contain thenames of all persons who are committed, their place of abode, the time oftheir commitment, the time of their discharge, the cause of theircommitment, the authority that committed them, and the description of theirpersons; and when any person is liberated, such calendar must state thetime when and the authority by which such liberation took place; and if anyperson escape, it must state particularly the time and manner of suchescape.
