19-1905. Copies of calendar for judges.
At the opening of each term of the district or criminal court within his
county, the sheriff must return a copy of such calendar, under his hand, to
the judge of such court; and if any sheriff neglect or refuse so to do, he
shall be punished by fine not exceeding five hundred dollars.
