19-1915.   Judgment for escape satisfied by recommitment; costs.If judgment in any such action for escape shall have been renderedagainst the sheriff before the expiration of three months, suchrecommitment of the prisoner as mentioned in the next preceding sectionshall operate as a satisfaction of all such judgments, except the costs.
