19-1915. Judgment for escape satisfied by recommitment; costs.
If judgment in any such action for escape shall have been rendered
against the sheriff before the expiration of three months, such
recommitment of the prisoner as mentioned in the next preceding section
shall operate as a satisfaction of all such judgments, except the costs.
