19-1928a.   Same; use of funds derived from sale.Whenever in any county having a population of more than one hundredtwenty-five thousand the board of county commissioners shall sell anyjail site under the provisions of K.S.A. 19-1927, said county and the board of countycommissioners thereof are hereby authorized and empowered to use not toexceed thirty-five thousand dollars of the proceeds or funds derivedfrom such sale for the purchasing of, or the purchase of a site andconstruction of, a garage, implement house and material yard for suchcounty. Any funds or proceeds remaining after such expenditure shall beapplied and credited to the bonded debt fund of such county.
