19-212a.   Withholding from salaries to provide for certain insurancefor employees, when.The board of county commissioners of any county is hereby authorized todirect the proper officers to withhold from the salaries of its officersand employees such sums as such officers or employees may authorize toprovide for the payment of group health, accident and life insurance for thebenefit of such officers andemployees.
