Article 2.--COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

      19-212c.   Establishment of uniform stationery letterhead; court letterheadapproved by district judges.In addition to the powers and authority now provided by law, the boardof county commissioners of any county is hereby authorized and directed toprovide for the establishment of a uniform design for stationery letterheadfor use in county offices and departments of such county. Said letterheadstationery shall be of a uniform design and format and of uniformspecifications and quality.

      The board of county commissioners is hereby authorized and directed toestablish a uniform stationery letterhead for use in the offices of thevarious courts and divisions of courts of the state located within suchcounty. The stationery letterhead designed for use by offices of the courtswithin such county may be of a different design than that provided forother offices in the county but shall be of a uniform design, format andquality: Provided, however, That the letterhead established for use inthe district courts of the state located in such county shall be subject tothe approval of the several district judges.
