19-243.   Violation of 19-241, 19-242 or failure to perform duties;penalty.Any board of county commissioners, or any county commissioner, or countyclerk, who shall violate any of the provisions of this act, or neglect orrefuse to perform any duty herein imposed, shall be deemed guilty of amisdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in a court of competentjurisdiction shall be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars normore than ten thousand dollars, and shall, moreover, be removed fromoffice.
