19-252.   Same; deemed original record; evidence;transcript.Photographs, microphotographs orreproductions shall be deemed to be an original record for allpurposes, and may be used as evidence in all courts or administrativeagencies. A transcript, exemplification or certified copy thereof,for all purposes recited herein, shall be deemed to be a transcript,exemplification or certified copy of the original.
