19-266.   Same; monthly statement of payments from fund to county clerk;restoration.At the close of each month, or more frequently if necessary, there shallbe filed with the county clerk an itemized and detailed reconciliation andstatement of payments made out of any petty cash fund authorized under thisact. Such detailed statement shall be supported by itemized receipts foreach expenditure. Upon receiving any such statement, the county clerk shalldraw his warrant against the fund from which payments would have been paidif the same had not been paid out of such petty cash fund, to restore suchpetty cash fund to its original amount.
