19-2109.   Same; eminent domain.If the board of county commissioners, and the owners of any propertydesired for the purposes of a home for the aged, cannot agree as to theprice to be paid therefor, or if the owner or owners of the propertyrefuse to sell the property, the board is authorized to exercise theright of eminent domain in the manner provided by K.S.A. 26-501 to 26-516,inclusive, and any amendments thereto.
