19-2111.   Same; acceptance of property or funds by commissioners; usesof.The board of county commissioners are hereby authorized to receivegrants of federal funds and any person, or persons, firm, organization,corporation or society desiring to make donations of money, personalproperty or real estate for the benefit of such home for the aged, shallhave the right to vest, and the board of county commissioners is authorizedto accept, title to the money or real estate so donated in said county tobe controlled when accepted, by the board of county commissioners accordingto the terms of the deed, gift, devise or bequest of such property orfunds: Provided, That such donations of money, personal property orreal estate may be used for the purpose of the acquisition of a site, theconstruction and equipping of such home for the aged, or the repair orremodeling of such home for the aged, if not inconsistent with the terms ofthe deed, gift, devise or bequest of such property or funds, and the samemay be used in addition to the maximum amount stated in the resolutionestablishing the levy or original petition requesting the election for theestablishment and maintenance of such home for the aged.
