19-2112.   Same; lease or rental, when; resolution.The board of county commissioners may, by resolution, declare that it isto the best interests of such county to rent, lease or let the said homefor the aged; thereupon, such board of county commisioners may, in itsdiscretion, rent, let or lease unto a person, persons, corporation orsociety for the purpose of maintaining and operating said home for the agedupon such terms and conditions as the commissioners may deem to the bestinterests of the said county. Said lease or rental contract shall be for aperiod of not to exceed ten (10) years. Whenever the term of such lease hasexpired, such home for the aged shall again be operated by said county,unless such board of county commissioners shall again rent, let or leasethe said home for the aged.
