19-2113a.   Same; reservation of minerals or mineral rights upon sale ofcounty farm, when.In any county wherein an election has heretofore been held or shallhereafter be held pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 19-2113 or anyamendmentsthereto, at whichelection a proposition to sell the county farm or any part thereof hasbeen approved or shall hereafter be approved by a majority of the votescast, the board of county commissioners, in its discretion, may reserveto the county all or any part of the minerals or mineral rights in andunder said county farm or any part thereof for a period of not more thanfifteen (15) years and as long thereafter as oil or gas is produced inpaying quantities therefrom when it sells said county farm or any partthereof.
