19-2118.   Homes for the aged; acceptance of federal funds; uses.In addition to the powers granted in K.S.A. 19-2106 to 19-2116, bothsections inclusive, theboard of county commissioners of any such county is hereby authorized toreceive grants of federal funds made available for the purpose ofacquiring a site for, and the building, equipping and furnishing of ahome for the aged or for any one or more of such purposes: Provided,That such grants of federal funds may be used in addition or as a partthereof to the maximum amount stated in the resolution establishing thelevy or original petition requesting the election for the establishmentand maintenance of such home for the aged.
