Article 21.--HOMES FOR THE AGED

     
19-2121.   Same; fund not subject to budget law.
Such county home improvement fund shall not be subject to the provisions
of K.S.A. 79-2925 to 79-2941, both sections inclusive, or acts amendatory
thereof or supplemental thereto.
