19-2126.   Same; revenue bonds negotiable instruments; interest rate;not registered with state treasurer.Revenue bonds issued under this act shall have all of the qualitiesand incidents of negotiable instruments, and may bear interest at a ratenot exceeding the maximum rate for revenue bonds prescribed in K.S.A. 10-1009,and such bonds shall not be registered with the state treasurer of the state of Kansas.
