19-2128.   Same; use and disposition of proceeds from sale of revenuebonds; county commissioners authorized to contract for construction, furnishingand equipping home.The proceeds derived from the sale of the bonds herein authorizedshall be deposited to the credit of the board of county commissioners ina bank, banks or other depositories designated by the board and kept ina separate fund and used solely for the purpose for which the bonds areauthorized. The board is authorized to make all contracts and execute allinstruments which in its discretion may be deemed necessary or advisableto provide for constructing, furnishing and equipping of the home for theaged addition, and to provide for the manner of disbursement of the fundsfor such purposes. Nothing contained in this act shall be construed as placingin the county general fund or other county fund any money collected underthis act or requiring such action.
