19-2206.   Same; license; where effective.A license shall be issued to any such peddler by the county clerk, uponthe presentation of a receipt showing the payment of the proper tax to thecounty treasurer, and such license shall be good only in the county whereissued, and shall not authorize peddling in cities or towns.
