19-2240. Penalty for violation of act.
Any person who transacts a transient business in this state
without having first obtained a license in accordance with the provisions
of this act or who knowingly advertises, offers for sale or sells any
goods, wares, merchandise or services in violation of the provisions of
this act is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
