19-2240.   Penalty for violation of act.Any person who transacts a transient business in this statewithout having first obtained a license in accordance with the provisionsof this act or who knowingly advertises, offers for sale or sells anygoods, wares, merchandise or services in violation of the provisions ofthis act is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
