19-2620.   Same; unlawful acts.That it shall be unlawful for any person in any manner whatsoever, tochange, injure, extend, or alter, or cause to be changed, injured, extendedor altered, any main, lateral, attachment or equipment laid or erected byany grantee herein, without first having obtained the consent in writing ofsuch grantee for the same to be done.
