19-2622.   Same; penalty; damages; costs.That any person violating any of the provisions of K.S.A. 19-2620and 19-2621 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and uponconviction shall be fined not less than ten dollars, and shall be liableto such grantee whose property shall be so changed, injured, altered ordestroyed, in a civil action for the amount of damages sustainedtogether with all costs in the case.
