19-2633a. Vacation of Hillcrest Heights as platted in Cowley county.
That portion of Hillcrest Heights as shown by the plat filed in the
office of register of deeds of Cowley county, Kansas, June 15, 1925, and
recorded in volume H of plats page 9, being lots numbered seventeen to
thirty-two, inclusive, lying east of U.S. highway 77 and adjoining said
highway, and including the road shown on said plat situated between lots 24
and 25, all being a part of the east half of section 16, township 33 south,
range 4 east, of the sixth P.M., Cowley county, Kansas, be, and the same is
hereby vacated and said land is hereby restored to its original description
for all purposes, the same as if it had never been platted.
