19-2638.   Same; pending actions not barred; disposition of moneysrecovered.Nothing in this act shall be construed to bar any action pending or thatmay be brought by any such county by which the county is attempting torecover from bondsmen, bonding companies or any other sources, any part ofthe money so lost by such counties. Amounts so recovered, if any, shall beplaced in a sinking fund to be used to retire the principal and interest ofsuch bonds, if bonds are issued in accordance herewith, and in the event alevy is made to restore such funds, then said sums so recovered shall becredited the same as moneys collected from said levies.
