19-2643.   Lease of park plots to youth camps in certain counties.The board of county commissioners of any county having a population ofnot less than sixty-five thousand and not more than one hundred andtwenty-five thousand is hereby authorized and empowered to lease forextended term of years, plots of land in county public parks, for use asyouth camps, to corporations or associations formed for the purpose ofconducting or supervising such camps.
