19-2660.   Same; disposal facility; operation; contracts with politicalsubdivisions.The board of county commissioners of any county establishing a refusedisposal facility under the provisions of this act may provide for theemployment of necessary employees and may provide for the operation of suchfacility independently of or in connection with an existing department. Theboard may establish reasonable rules and regulations governing the disposalof refuse at such county facility and may contract with any other politicalsubdivision of the state authorized to collect refuse, for the disposal ofthe same in the county's refuse disposal facility upon such terms andconditions as shall be agreed upon by the board of county commissioners andthe governing body of the contracting political subdivision.
