19-2662.   Same; disposition of lands acquired; use of moneys receivedfrom sale.If the county shall have acquired title to any lands for the purposeshereinbefore authorized and the board of county commissioners shalldetermine that such property is no longer useful for the purpose for whichit was acquired, such board may sell and dispose of the same upon suchterms and in such manner as the board may deem to be in the best interestof the county. Moneys received from the sale of any such property shall beplaced in a special fund and used for any of the purposes authorized bythis act. Moneys may be appropriated from such special fund without regardto limitations prescribed by the budget law.
