19-2666.   Same; name of board; limitation on powers.The museum board of a museum established under, or governed by theprovisions of this act shall constitute a body corporate and politic,possessing the usual powers of a corporation for public purposes, under thename and style of "the board of directors of ______________(name of county) museum" and under such name may contract, sue and be suedand acquire, hold and convey real and personal property in accordance withlaw. The acquisition or disposition of real property shall be subject tothe approval of the board of county commissioners.
