19-2676.   Definitions.The following words and phrases when used in this act shall, for thepurpose of this act, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them inthis section.

      (a)   "Solid waste" means garbage, refuse and other discarded materialsincluding, but not limited to solid and liquid waste materials resultingfrom industrial, commercial, agricultural and domestic activities.

      (b)   "Solid waste management system" means the entire process of storage,collection, transportation, processing, and disposal of solid wastes by anyperson engaging in such process as a business.

      (c)   "Person" means an individual, partnership, company or corporation.
