19-2692a.   Special recreation facilities fund.The board of county commissioners of any county having a population ofmore than three hundred thousand may establish a special recreationfacilities fund into which shall be deposited moneys derived from theoperation of a county coliseum including any excess moneys from thecoliseum events fund provided for in K.S.A. 19-2691 and thecoliseum concessions fund provided for in K.S.A. 19-2692.The moneys deposited in the special recreation facilities fund may becarried over from year to year and used for the operation of the countycoliseum.
