19-27a15.   Annexation of district by a city; district not dissolved.Whenever the governing body of a sewer districthas let contracts for the improvementof sewers and the same have been constructed and temporary noteshave been issued for the purpose of paying part of the cost thereof pendingthe issuance of bonds and thereafter all or part of the district is annexedby a city, the district shall not bedissolved as a result thereof.
