19-27a18.   Federal aid for costs; bonds.The governing body of any sewer district may apply for andaccept grants of funds, materialsor labor from the federal government or any departments thereof in theconstruction of sewer systems. The governing body may enter intoany agreements required by the federal laws or the rules andregulations of any federal department to which the application is made.If assistance is granted, the governing body may issue bonds of the countyfor the remainder of the cost of the project.
