19-27a26.   Districts in Sedgwick county; delegation of powers to controller.The board of county commissioners of Sedgwick countymay delegate to the county controller theresponsibility of administering and coordinating the planning, development,construction and maintenance of the sewer system. The cost and expenses ofthe county controller for administration of any sewer project shall beincluded in the cost of the project and assessed against the lots andpieces of property contained within the district in which the same islocated.
