19-2722.   Same; lighting to be in platted areas.The board of county commissioners may not under this act provide for thelighting of any street or highway or portion of a street or highway unlessthe street or highway or portion of street or highway to be lighted or themajor portion thereof shall run through or abut upon lands that shall beplatted or laid out in lots or blocks.
