Article 27.--PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICTS

     
19-2723.   Same; petition.
No board of county commissioners shall make any contract for lighting
under this act unless a petition in writing asking for such improvement
shall be presented to such board of county commissioners signed by the
owners of a majority of the front feet of the land abutting on the street
or highway or a portion of the street or highway proposed to be lighted.
