19-2724.   Same; notice of public hearing.Whenever such petition shall have been properly filed the board ofcounty commissioners of such county shall notify each owner of land in thedistrict to be benefited, by a notice in writing stating that such petitionhas been filed, and that a public hearing will be given on the same at atime and place to be fixed by the board, which shall be inserted in suchnotice.
