19-2725.   Same; service; publication; proof.The notice provided for in the preceding section may be served bysending a certified copy thereof by mail to the usual place of residence ofthe person to be notified and [said board] shall publish the same for twosuccessive insertions in some newspaper published in the county in which bylaw legal publications may be made, and proof of such newspaper publicationshall be made by affidavit. The notice herein provided for shall be servedat least ten days before the time set for the hearing of the said petition.
