19-2726.   Same; contracts for lighting.If upon the hearing of such petition the board of county commissionersfinds that the petition conforms to the provisions of this act, thatnotices have been served as herein provided, that the proposed street orhighway lighting is reasonably necessary for the public convenience,welfare and safety, and that the same will be of special benefit to theproperty affected, it may order such lighting to be done and may enter intoa contract therefor.
