19-2745b.   Same; description.The easement granted by the state of Kansas to Mission township mainsewer district No. 1 and its duly organized lateral sewer districts ishereby restricted to the following described portions of the ShawneeMission state park, to wit: A ten foot strip of land, being five feet oneither side of the center line described as follows: Beginning at a point844.18 feet north of the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of thesouthwest quarter of section 3, township 12, range 25, east of the sixthp.m., Johnson county, Kansas, being seventy feet north of the southwestcorner of the Shawnee Mission state park, thence southeasterly in astraight line to a point 155 feet east of the west line of said quartersection, and 25 feet north of the south line of said state park tract,thence south 28 feet to the south line of said state park.
